It was Clive Spash who was gagged for speaking out about the government policy - the CPRS and was reminded that the CSIRO does not comment on oppositoin or government policy.
perhaps you could have mentioned the gag order on Raupach and his mates who were not allowed to speak out on the Rudd policy of 5% reduction, claiming that it was locking Australia into dangerous climate change. No no need to mention that, or even look into it. Sceptics my a$$
