    I've always found this "climate change" argument to be fascinating. The sun goes through cycles which as you say is well documented, when the sun is "hotter" it produces more heat which in turn causes more carbon dioxide to be produced (and surprise, surprise, causes higher temperatures) - it ain't rocket science. Carbon dioxide just doesn't "pick up" by itself and cause global warming.

    The fact that global warming and cooling closely follows sun activity is lost on these people.

    Rather than gleefully expousing a return to a pre electricity era some of these people would be better off by pointing their garden hose at the sun. With similar results on the climate.
