Just like we banned free plastic bags in most western countries now, who don't pollute. And the likes of Coles and woolies now sell us bags, I now buy reusable plastic bags and bin liner bags that I never did before. Still use the same amount of plastic, just coles and woollies make $71 million profit on selling bags they once gave for free.

The biggest CO2 polluters are exempt until 2030 and all our industries will march to those countries and we will lose jobs, but the exact same amount of CO2 will still enter the atmosphere, our standard of living will just fall.

Note all western countries CO2 emmisions falling while china and india are rising. You guys and gals defending this can't see the forest for the trees.
