Not sure how you can argue with the following facts:

- Denniston Plateau met coal will be used for steel production and not electricity generation
- Without HCC (particularly with exceptional high fluidity) like that from the Plateau, steel producers need to burn more lower grade met coals
- Steel production (3%) and mining coal (1.3%) are very low contributors to CO2 emissions compared to almost all other industries

God only knows what is holding up their decision.
