Global Warming isn't only due to old style electricity generation, it is also about how we travel, we consume food, how we choose our clothing, how we conduct global trade etc. Our entire throw away culture.
Re the Paris accord.....it isn't ideal due to the knuckle heads of many Govts frightened of making hard decisions, but the Paris Accord is the best political vehicle available at the moment.
