I used his methods for a short time on my farm before retiring and saw large measured increases in soil carbon quite quickly.
I know of other graziers who were becoming unviable (down to 5000 sheep) who have used his methods for many years and are now running 14000 head and their creeks are running again and their environment is so much healthier.
Alan Savory was leader of the opposition in Rhodesia and ran their national parks and learned by observing how the environment depends on the animals.
