Hmmm more testing will confirm whether measles or small pox (or any pox) is present.

In fact, everything you brought up can be tested through some lab work. So I'm confused why you think Doctors are just blindly diagnosing people incorrectly. Moreover, many of these tests get independently verified. So, are you suggesting there's a big conspiracy within the global medical system? or is the simple and more accurate conclusion correct which is: Do vaccines actually work?

When did I say they alter the diagnosis?

I do recall saying, and I quote "Of course they'd be instructed to use vaccine status as part of a differential diagnosis, that makes perfect logical sense."

So that's a bit of a ***.
