It can certainly look statistically significant, but I repeat, you cannot tell statistical significance merely looking at a graph. If you did an undergraduate statistics class (I did two fyi) and said the data was statistically significant because it looked statistically significant on a graph, you'd fail.
I don't know what the reason is. I'm happy to admit I don't know. But I'm not going to jump to any conclusions either. I suggest you conspiracy theorist do the same. Perhaps read the scientific paper that the doctor cited towards the end of that video. I doubt you will, and that's the difference between you and I.
