As for the topic of missing targets... last time I checked the board wasnt micro managing people at the coal face... or maybe you just don't have any idea how a coal mine actually works.

Limited job viability? Are you talking about the kids belief of that Greta Thunberg theory from ten years ago where she said we only had five years to save the planet? Last time I checked, coal jobs were nearly all paying $100k+ and there was at least 350-400 of these jobs for every 1mtpa of export product... and those mines have decades of life in front of them.
