Do you know what would be cheaper than expensive rubbish collection? Just simply dumping our rubbish into the streets and oceans! However, there is a negative consequence to doing that, so we revert to an "expensive" (expensive compared to the cheapest alternative) and we collect and dispose of our rubbish responsibly.
