10 years ago they were much lower. 20 years ago the rises were insignificant by comparison. The rising sea level is as real as the pollution in China, the pollution and extinction of life in our oceans and the failure for many humans to accept responsibility for their part and be willing to accept change and sacrifice to try to reverse the process.
