Keep it simple...for us simple folks
If the chart is, as it says, equating apples with apples and there's no "flaw" in the the comparison of data sets driving the two graphs...then one can conclude reasonably that the premise underlying the IPCC upper and lower limits - which simply dont meet the standard expected - is flawed,in some way.
