yes, it is what it is..... yet we have the ability to reduce GHG emissions to prevent worsening conditions. the key problem is there are so many competing demands on govts around the world so many have mistakenly put GHG emissions on the lower priority.

it is what it is, human judgement is what it is too. wouldn't it be smarter to deal with the problem as a first order priority?
