    @nippy; last Summer Australia's map looked much darker than the one current for the USA - much of WA copped a shocker while coastal areas of Eastern Australia were relatively warm and wet. Throughout the USA there's a lot of concern that the conditions below are intensifying and expected to persist. To the SE and off the map cyclones are developing - it's what happens when massive amounts of energy are pumped into oceans / troposphere.

    Events of that magnitude rarely end well and the greater Gold Coast Region will be in crosshairs for at least the next fifty years.
