    the reporter is comparing a projection in 2007 to an historical record from 1951.
    these are hardly the same thing.

    further, ar4 projected 0.1c deg warming per decade if emissions were constant at 2000 levels.
    the article cites 0.12c.

    typical third-hand, half-arsed article lazily stitched up by the oz from other media.
