Another thing there’s a lot of very poisonous gases, particularly H2S

I assume he means H2SO4, hydrogen sulphide, rotten egg gas.
If anyone thinks that's nit-picking, think of the difference between CO and CO2.
One is a noxious poisonous gas, the other is benign and essential to life.

My point in this post and the others is that clearly there is a lot of confusion and appalling lack of knowledge, - what the problem is and how to deal with it.

The ABC and others should be ashamed of themselves for going off half-cocked and adding to the confusion. The problem can never be solved until it is CLEARLY IDENTIFIED.
