The proof of a 24 hour news cycle that needs feeding is what I see.
Disasters due to weather have been around for longer than the last 10-40-200 years, fires, cold snaps, cyclones, tornadoes and droughts use to be natural disasters when I was growing up. Take an interest in stories on weather events over the next month and count how many times you hear “Natural Disaster” and how many of these events are not blamed on climate change.
If you want to shoot me down some more? Show me the increased numbers and the increased strengths of the cyclones hitting Australia. These should be the easiest to find and easiest for you to prove that the climate has run amok, nobody can sweep a cyclone under the carpet
If you want to find out if the numbers/intensity has gone up over the whole planet (don’t want to make you feel as if I have boxed you into a small area) over the last 50-100 years, I won’t accuse you of answering a question that wasn’t asked.
PS Calling someone a numbskull based on the fact that they don’t believe what you believe, ummh? Does that mean your beliefs cannot be wrong? Don’t say settled science that will ruin your perfect record.
