Unfortunately VIC has already all but said said "no". ACT has concrete plans to get to 100% renewable by 2020, so I'm not sure how relevant it would be to them (though it shouldn't hurt??). WA power network is physically separate so it is not part of the NEM - not sure how that would affect their potential participation.

Anyway I wish Jay Weatherill luck - we need more politicians with honesty, integrity and courage who are not part of the "post truth" world.
