So what part of this statement was incorrect?
Some countries can build them in as little as 4 years....Not 15 years as the CSIRO quoted! Also what did the CSIRO base 15 years on being we haven't built a nuclear power generating reactor in OZ yet? Perhaps they consider themselves experts in reactor building now too LMAO.
Is this part where I should insert name calling like "Muppet". Or would that be childish and pathetic?
