I said you cherry picked some points from an article without context. The article you've taken it from was on global average build times - completely different to Australia's context.
In Aus we don't have specialty in Nuclear energy, we don't have existing nuclear power plants. The leading countries that are used in the article are countries that have had decades of nuclear power plants already implemented into their energy set up.
That's why your points are invalid. They don't adhere to Aus context.
That's why the CSIRO report is valid. It's adheres to Aus context.
