but its Dud's "plan" that is not a plan for nuclear energy that results in calling him for the fool that he is.
Hawke gave solid reasoning for nuclear energy, but the union movement, the original owners of the Labor Party, were against it. the grounds, imo, were ideological, lacking serious reasoning, essentially a "just say no" attitude.
but Dud has not presented any rational discussion of the reasoning behind his policy. this has left many to speculate that the Libs only want to keep coal generation going on for another 20+ yrs.
there lies the difference Yogi.
