thanks for the post rab, l do agree with roger that the earning revision guidence was poorly written. l wil never understand why a company that was worth nearly half a bil
now 250 mil won't hire a freelance writer or pr company
for a pittance to write announcements for them. It has suddenly become a very expensive announcement over 200 mill
wiped off a market cap due to the inability of management to put togeather all the facts and present them to holders
in a way that that puts the expansion and growth into postive light where the rewards will be greater down the track and that the earning revision is a positive and one off event. By focusing on the growth potential and how its growing where the new staff are at and whats expected of them and how soon they will reach there full potential. roger of clime investments put it perfectly when he said they are earning $600 a day and paying for themselves and a few months away from earning $1000 a day when profits will start to kick back in. From reading the profit guidence we had no clue at what stage the new staff where at and it sounded like it would be a fair way before they paid there way. l am glad l was able to buy in on the drop,
But if l was holder previously l would be very dissappointed in the lack of profesionalism in the CEO of a fairly large corporation who seems to have made the biggest blunder of his career and really a lot of money and shareholder disappointment could have been saved if a few thousand dollars had management caled in experts to write this release.
