What's wrong with Montgomery? He got this wrong yes but that can happen to anyone - yes? I actually think his ideas are quite sound and his investment philosophy is prudent - don't you? It's easy to have a smirk at him whilst having a sound grip on that most invaluable tool called hindsight. The real trick is to (excuse the metaphor) stand at the front of the ship and predict the direction and strength of the wind rather than provide commentary and criticism from the comfort of your cabin. You can, of course, always do this but it must greatly diminish the veracity of what you write - yes? Not trying to be offensive here and would be interested in your thoughts.
p.s. In the little drop down menu where one can nominate position and sentiment I reckon HC should have a choice titled "utterly confused" in addition to the buy sell choices.
