    Did anybody else receive the offer from Jasco to buy back the Clime Private shares at 11cents per share.

    A few years back when Clime Private was created to represent CIW 26% ownership of Jasco I'm sure they were valued at 16cents per share.

    Since then 6 monthly dividends have increased and commentary as to how Eckersley's art supplies has been performing have been universally positive.

    it seem like a very lame offer from Jasco. Any comments/thoughts?
