I take it every day, to be honest, I think I do feel "better" for it. Not that I was sick, but MAYBE a slight weight loss has occurred - I'm aware of course one can always "feel" what one wants to believe!
The science behind it does impress though, so I'll likely keep taking it. It's cheaper online than in chemist by sounds of it.
