    someone compared FER to other pump and dump biotechs. I would put out one MAJOR difference. FER has 3 Large Institutions on the register whereas all the others were retail pump and dumps. Institutions provide stable rises as they buy the dips when the small guy gets bore or scared.....

    AVS and FER are my picks for 2007
