We were around 10 cents only a couple of weeks ago and just hit .275 today. So outside of news I think PAA might consolidate around the low .20's for a while. A good announcement should send us through .27 and .30 hopefully. Purely guessing and I usually guess wrong though.
Anything could happen really, one way or another.
My main thought though is that the market cap still just looks so low !
