I think the company relying on the NASDAQ is a risky move in itself too. TLX decided to pull the pin on their dual listing due to unfavourable conditions and they didn't even need the money. and were in a much better position than AVR is. I hope there is light at the end of the tunnel, but it seems like we're not even close to the end.
