What the company is doing (bench testing and animal implants/explants) is standard procedure with the FDA, this is what all medtech companies have to do. They are generally ongoing anyway . There's been no oversight. All of this has been addressed by the CEO at the AGM and more recently in an Ann: in regards to the pivotal study.
