Yes. A work colleague (bio statistician with a PhD) explained that the margin of 'difference' when demonstrating similarity can considerably high which reduces the sample size........I explained the nature of the study which he (off the top of his head - so not formally calculated) suggested a similar number to you and............ hopefully we will achieve commercialisation sooner than many of us anticipated and see the end of the CR's. The release of the details of the study protocol would reduce a lot of angst amongst us holders.
