More than happy to hold this one.

Nice little stock....quarterly report out late Friday, confirms 254m shares, so capped at $8m. They have $650,000 cash and are looking at "a suitable investor to assist with the BFS funding"....(such a deal would be strongly positive, for this little company - my view). They seem unlikely to have a capital raising in the usual sense, rather sign up a much bigger player, for a significant cash injection.....(according to Fridays report)

Have spent $18.4m previously.... mostly on drilling 100's of millions of tons of coal JORC (annual report). Clinton Project is at Bankable Feasibility Study stage of development.

Fridays quarterly suggested very strong news flow this quarter.....what do investors want from such a small company, highly leveraged to success.

There is significant interest in Syngas' activities and progress and the December quarter is expected to lead to the Company achieving a much stronger position in the market based on its solid engineering and potential funding position.
