However, the FBI is not making recommendations for prosecution and leaves it up to the DOJ.
Despite findings of obvious carelessness and the danger of using her private email server for classified and secret information many of which were in dangerous locations overseas she looks like getting away with abject stupidity as Secretary of State at the time.
