Yes and the mysterious 'glitch' in ASIC data is gone and we can see that the massive volume days of 02/04, 03/04 thru to 09/04 and the corresponding fall in the share price were due to new buying interest after DISC medicine flunked their EPP phase 2 and this as usual being countered by short sellers with new fake liquidity on the Sell side. Fake Sell liquidity and fake shares to the tune of over 200 thousand new open short positions in just a few days. Once again it is fair to say the CUV share price would be much higher without that type of manipulation and distortion. I really don't think many would be selling with this undervaluation and with a share buyback barely started and with a Phase 3 running into a blockbuster indication with an already approved drug. As for the 'glitch' the shorters who hate transparency wouldn't deliberately stuff up the paperwork would they? Trying to hide all that fake liquidity, knowing ASIC is likely to hit them with a wet lettuce leaf at most for doing the paperwork wrong.

By my calculations from ASIC data, since the buyback was announced the shorters have increased their open short positions by 430000 fake shares which seems strange when usually people try to Sell shares at the highest possible price. Why not wait for the price to rise then sell/dump fake shares to achieve a higher price - they are desperately trying to cap and control the SP at this level but for how long can they sustain that? Clinuvel effectively still have 1.5 Million shares to buyback in the first? buyback. CUV only have 50 Million shares on issue and will have only 48.5M when this buyback is done. Are the shorters working to facilitate a cheap hostile takeover spending $10s of Millions now to save $100s of Millions later? Anyway we have a clear signal from Clinuvel on the undervaluation from the latest newsletter (underline is mine)

"We have chosen the moment of a repurchase as first clinical results for 2024 are published, andwe will
    keep at it
until those who gamble against the Company have understood the message. Given the
expected future cash flows, we are in the position to prolong the program when required"

Going to be an interesting watch, CUV talking the talk so now do some bloody buying with the buyback and do it every day. No one seems to be selling except shorters, competition going backwards and the CUV monopoly to continue for many years, a blockbuster Phase 3 running, a share buyback, great profits and enormous cash pile and a signal that the buyback (which is only using a tiny portion of cash) will potentially be repeated. Very interested to see what happens when shorters have to buyback some shares on market instead of pumping fake liquidity into the market to control the price.

    All IMO DYOR
