Price suppression to facilitate a TO fits the bill here but I do see that proposed elsewhere when the SP of a company doesn't seem to make sense and good news never seems to move the needle. The one issue for this proposal with Clinuvel to me is the timeframe. This has been going on for years now and whilst I can imagine if there was a party interested in making a TO play and engaging mechanisms that could control and suppress the price then they might go at it for a year or so. But this long?!?!?...
