Don’t subscribe to many conspiracy theories related to PW and internal shenanigans. A financial times article in 2019 gave a reasonable summary of the circumstances around Homm, the significant price rise and PW and his remuneration. A low ball offer now would not be seriously considered IMO even though the company might be obliged to disclose it to shareholders (akin to Martin Skreli). Given the cash, earnings and pipeline, I can’t see anything under $30 being considered possible?? hence how under valued is CUV -Clearly as we surmise , considerably. Lack of investment is disappointing at these levels given the expanded investor relations Dept. Aside from that, being outside the asx300 is a big issue IMO. Seems it’s off the radar ATM. The strategy is pretty clear so I wait in anticipation things will improve and take off once again. A couple of updates prior to Xmas but perhaps nothing significant till Scenesse expansion, Vitiigo update and OTC launch in March. GLTA
