Two great Aussie biotechs, but sometimes left scratching my head over market valuations or undervaluations in the case of Clinuvel on the ASX. Let's compare the latest 4c reports to the market:

Cash $29 M MARKET CAP $2.3 Billion
Amazing what can happen to a good biotech when the investor world wakes up to what's going on. IMU is well behind CUV so are understandably still just spending cash, whereas CUV has entered the commercial phase but this is just for the
concept proving rare disease of EPP and are still managing to turn some great profit figures out. The addressable market for CUV diseases they hope to treat is larger than IMU and they already have FDA, TGA, EMA and Israel market approvals for their drug and years of safety data to back it all up. Very interesting that IMU can achieve 100+ comments daily with not that much happening but over at CUV it's sometimes a struggle for just one comment.... oh well that's the game it will be nice when the attention does come this way because DNA REPAIR, Vitiligo and Stroke treatment are really going to create some excitement.
