No doubt Neuren hit a sweet spot and great deal. Other’s haven’t always done great deals and been left with peanuts. I’m a fan of the vertical integrated business model generally. In CUV’s case they want to retain margin, control capital and protect IP. IMO it’s puts them in a potentially much stronger position, providing they are successful and keep competition at bay. In the end you go with where you are comfortable. There’s plenty to choose from.
