hullo,in the current market I am happy to buy as one of the better plays.Not often a target can be defined so clearly and I think the chances of non completion are very slim given the understanding we have of the demand side coupled to the price rise coming ,infact you could argue on the back of an envelope that the price per tonne is far too low.Chinese are not silly.
