And again I would say the deal makes sense if the share price is above 2 cents, don't under estimate that there are cornerstones who will buy in the market up to 2 cents who know they won't be diluted, a very important point and I don't believe everyone has grasped that. As ive said not in love with the idea, but do like the structure of the deal for APY holders and do have enormous confidence in GW despite my brain explosion y/day. Don't sell below 2 cents is my strong recommendation..
