MCap Undiluted including RTO share's
RTO floor price of 0.015c ... but actually they want to raise at 0.02c
So they plan to issue 1.404B shares at 0.02c so their undiluted current MCap right now would be as follows :-
1.404b shares to be issued + 1,159,357,143 current shares = 2,564,169,643 Total shares
So 2.564b shares @ 0.014c = $35.8m or if price were @ 0.015c = $38.4m
