Cheers, I have had a look at this before but it refreshed my memory. These products would mainly work in western wealthy countries in my opinion. I wonder If MBE's main objective is to try to trick people into signing up without realizing this is an ongoing payment to the phone bill? Hope not. A plan to grow the overseas DCB would have to involve constant cap raises for years, hardly a good investment.
I'm asuming the spend on marketing can be slashed over night with no consequence like I can turn off my google adwords. This is what the market does not realise so I will hold for a few years and hope.
