Most of us have met volatile men/women like that and usually it is not a story of success and happiness and you often find that you want to get away from them as fast as possible to let them self-destruct in an area far away from you...
It depends if she can get that motor-mouth of hers under control and allows the smart operators who will inevitably gather around her to help her and not over-power and destroy her...
If could go either way with Jacqui as I see it...
