They are just a preference recycling scheme for the Libs and Nats - as at the 2019 election. I predict they will get exactly zero elected members in the HoR and probably about the same in the Senate. If one or two Palmer senators do get elected they will a) split from the party within six months, and b) vote with the coalition on every issue where their vote matters (as does One Notion).
