Not to take away from Ghandi's contribution, however from memory Ghandi didn't bother going to his father's funeral.
A bit later he gained fame by convincing quite a few people to give up their lives or take a beating down on the salt pans.
Sounds like something Clive would be proud of.
Not sure if Clive has a tenth of the charisma that Ghandi had!
