@ ambrose pathetic. WRONG...... It was Palmer that initiated the case. McGowan and WA taxpayers had no choice but to defend the case or taxpayers were potentially exposed to a $30 billion compensation.
Would you have preferred the case to go ahead without any representation from WA???.
The judge got it right when he awarded just $5,000 to Palmer and $20,000 to McGowan.
