SARAH FERGUSON: How would you describe your politics before you joined Palmer United?

DIO WANG: My politics? Oh, zero.

DIO WANG: I support free education for Australian students and education is the future of our country and we should really invest heavily into the area. And if we give the burden of paying for education to the children, to the students, then we're sort of really destroying our future.

SARAH FERGUSON: How much do you think that free university education would cost the Australian budget?

DIO WANG: I don't know the detail yet.

SARAH FERGUSON: How can you support a policy when you don't know what the fiscal impact would be?

DIO WANG: Oh, that policy is a good idea and I agree with it in principle.
