something's not adding up (at least to me): CP was involved insto placement - instigated by current board, and market buying.
He and his now are on their way to 10% -- inc. petroleum nominees.
CB and gang (I think) are on Petroleum Nominees side of the fence.
yet that all contradicts itself. The board wouldn't offer heaps to CP (in order to dilute CB and others' stake).
Please somebody clear it up if possible
