    Just re-reading todays material ... they do quote a term in the presentation. I assume that this is the validity term. If so, Tranche 1 3.5 yrs ... Tranches 2 and 3 5.5 yrs ... I assume from date of grant which would be from the date that they are approved by shareholders.
