We will get diluted by CP through JH issuing shares to CP. CP can cap the SP at 10.5c so that he gets the shares at 8c. Only one person benefits, and that is CP. You and the rest of the SH lose.
We can diluted by the majors through JV at the price RC will negotiate for us. Judging by RC past performances, he has done well in extracting attractive prices. We just hope he can do the same again. You and the rest of the SH benefit or suffer collectively. But why JV if the deal does not benefit the SH? So the negative outcome is removed, and the statement now reads, YOU and the rest of the SH benefit.
