Just a few questions for those more experienced than myself to ponder.

1/ Surely Blackstone would have conducted research with the major holders (ORBIS etc) to find out whether their bid may hold water. Maybe ORBIS are already on board? Is there any chance of Blackstone making an offer, knowing they already have it sewn up?

2/ If Hurley's phone records were subpoenaed, do you think there may be a few Blackstone directors numbers listed? Maybe he is acting as a consultant?

3/ How does the high AUD affect this stock and subsequently Blackstones current /future offers?
